Remember in "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" when H Duff was lip syncing into her hairbrush to the tune "The Tide is High?" No? Just me? Ok, well, you know how young girls sing and dance around their room without a care in the world? Well this girl (i'm 93.8% sure she's a girl. Someone correct me if she's a he) takes it to a whole new level.
